At Indiana our food philosophy is based on simplicity and allowing the produce to speak for itself. Combining this with our relaxed beachfront location, Indiana head chef Brendan Pratt has designed a menu where the main emphasis is on “shared food”. Sourcing the majority of our produce locally, Indiana’s menu boasts good Australian bistro fare. Our all day bistro menu allows a “straight from the beach” attitude with gourmet burgers, wood fired delicacies and pizzas, local seafood, steaks and charcuterie style dishes as classic favourites.
Our menus change regularly as we tailor our food around the best seasonal local produce available to us. As such, the menus you will find here are sample menus only. Beachgoers are welcome to dine in the bistro during the day in their casual gear (shirt and shoes required). After 5:30pm, smart, neat attire is encouraged.
