Enjoy relaxed coastal dining in the Bistro, with its innovative menu that focuses on fresh WA produce, delivered daily. It features a lot of share food, great for the beach. A wood-fire oven will permeate the menu, as well as salads, steaks and seafood.

Indiana pours its own specially-brewed, beach-driven tap beers - the ‘Heritage Wheat Beer’ and ‘The Doctor’ – named after the infamous Fremantle Doctor that blows through Perth every summer afternoon – is a Bavarian-style lager.

The wine list is clever and WA/Australian-centric, whilst champagne and cocktails are also a must.

Beachgoers are welcome to dine in the restaurant during the day in their casual gear (shirt and shoes required). After 6:00pm, smart, neat attire is required for dinner.
