Private Ocean Room

Those after a little more privacy may opt for the exclusive ‘Private Ocean Room’, which stretches along the northern side of the building and offers sweeping vistas of Cottesloe Beach and the Indian Ocean. This impressive space, with large sliding window panels that open right out, allow for sweeping, fresh-air vistas of Cottesloe Beach. Sleek pull-down blinds can be used to block off this space for exclusive events.

The Pavilion

The main function area in the centre of Indiana is called ‘The Pavilion’, and it offers undeviating views of the beach, Cottesloe groin, the iconic ‘Cottesloe bell’ and of course, the Indian Ocean.

The Terrace
